For years I said I would write a book about the journey of faith, focus, and commitment it takes to follow God's plan for your life.
To stand before Him with Christ as my partner, to trust, face trials and fears and stay committed to integrity to the best of my ability is my story.
It isn't easy in this world today.
I write from a heart of gratitude to all those persons who have supported me, believed in me, encouraged me, cried with me and yes, laughed with me, especially my dear sister who knows the beginning to this day.
In particular, over the last year and a half, I thank Tina and Ron who, without their help, this website would not be a reality.
I know God brought them into my life, each with their own unique gifts and talents, to help me manifest what I believe is the next step in my business (God's business).
In seeking God's direction for my business a few years back at a time when my health was failing (soon to be diagnosed with diabetes), I was given a vision of a website which was most intimidating.
At the time I lived in a rental house that was for sale.
Tina came twice to the house as a potential buyer.
I asked what she did for a living, since at that time she said she would be working from home - she replied "I design websites."
When she left with the real estate people I shivered, knowing once again God had brought to my door what I needed.
The house sold, but not to Tina, I moved and connected with her, asking for help on faith.
She responded weeks later with an older computer, set me up, taught me patiently how to use it and even apologized for the fear it brought up, since I was not computer literate.
As for Ron, he attended one of my Open Houses with his wife, Carolyn, who has been purchasing my jewelry for the last couple of years.
He approached my drafting board with the question "where does your creativity come from?"
That opened the story of my walk of faith to serve God through the creative gifts I have been given and the long journey to do so.
He asked if I would like help with the photography (little did he know what he was getting into).
After months, hundreds of shots, laughter, and I know for me, some tears, we are here.
I will be forever indebted to both of them for their patience, caring, expertise, and nurturing as we set forth to bring God's vision for me into reality.
This website is a result of all our efforts to put forth a vision of my business that hopefully will not only support me but many others.
Most of all, if you are reading this, I pray that you would be encouraged to seek God with all your heart, for I am standing testimony that He has a plan for your life, a plan for good, and He does give us the strength to endure daily and the courage to face life's fears.
He has provided for me in so many ways.
I cannot begin to count the times I thought I could not continue, whether it be housing, finances, health issues, or growth in relationships.
Each and every day He restored me.
With His Grace and Mercy I found the strength to take one more step.
My creative gifts come from pain, struggles, and the willingness to look within myself, redefine, grow, serve, and hopefully represent Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, in my life, work, actions, and deeds.
I am not perfect, but I believe God knows when we are striving to grow in spirit, heal ourselves, therefore allowing peace to flow from us to the world.
I am still trying to find balance in all areas of my life and continue with His help to find the courage to face my weaknesses.
Sometimes, for me, the most painful times are the most creative times.
I have been humbled in my life many times before The Lord to lead and carry me.
The jewelry you see is the result of years of determination to not give up, but to go within and seek Christ as my partner, and to trust and to persevere.
It is my hope that the jewelry will please you, but most of all that my story will inspire you to strive each day to seek the best God has for you, as well as each and every one of us.
All that I have comes from God, all that I own belongs to Him.
I offer up my heart to Him and ask that I may serve with love and respect for all and most of all, that my words might encourage one person to not give up but to trust His plan, persevere, seek Him with all your heart and follow His dream for your life.
You will succeed; the journey is the gift, and to be able to share it is the greater gift.
